What a pleasant surprise it was to stay at Twin Plaza Hotel! The outdoor swimming pool offered a stunning view of Mal Taman Anggrek, where I took a leisurely stroll to explore Indonesia's largest shopping mall. The well-maintained rooms were spacious and provided a comfortable stay. The reliable internet connectivity, though occasionally slow, ensured I stayed connected throughout my stay. The hotel's commitment to security was evident with the metal detector at the entrance. The breakfast spread was diverse, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious omelets made to order. The location, while not bustling with nearby attractions, proved to be a peaceful and reasonably priced option compared to downtown Jakarta. I had no complaints during my stay and would highly recommend Twin Plaza Hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. We were pleased with its convenient location near two hospitals, making it an ideal choice for families. I loved my stay here! The location was perfect, close to malls and hospitals. Transportation was easy, and I could take a taxi to Central Park mall. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the cleanliness of the room was top-notch. Plus, the staff were friendly and served an excellent breakfast.
Nothing that I didn't like! This city was a great experience, and the hotel provided me with a comfortable and delightful stay.

The hotel provided us with very good food options, and the chefs were excellent. the rooms were spacious and had great amenities. the location was also very convenient as it was close to many shopping malls.
There were not many leisure options available in the hotel, especially for solo travelers. the exchange rates offered for foreign currency were not favorable.

During my recent stay at Twin Plaza, I was amazed by the breathtaking view from my room. The room itself was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel also provided a variety of toiletries, which was a nice touch. In addition, I was pleased with the breakfast menu, offering a wide selection of delicious options.

The hotel is located in a good spot with easy access to two hospitals and large shopping malls. the hotel is very close to Mall Taman Anggrek, which is the largest shopping mall in Indonesia. the breakfast menu is quite complete, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
One of the facilities had a serious problem. It did not have an air conditioner, which can be quite uncomfortable, especially in the bathroom.

Had a great Xmas stay at this hotel. Loved the variety of breakfast menus and the prompt room service. The location is perfect, with easy access to the main road and close to major attractions. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea in the room.
The room needs some refurbishing to give a more comfortable and fresh vibe. Although the wifi connection is good, daily user ID and password need to be obtained.
